Your agreement names the go-live date up front. If we miss it, that month costs you nothing — no forms to fill out, no arguing. We track the date, not you.
What counts as 'live'?
Working and producing — tested, connected, and doing its job. Not a login and a 'good luck.'
Does the guarantee apply to every service?
Yes — every build gets a named timeline in writing. Consulting engagements name their start date the same way.
