Services & installs
Our work is backed by the guarantee: if your system isn't live when we said it would be, you don't pay for that month, and we keep tuning until it produces. The specifics are in your agreement. Because services involve real labor scheduled for you, deposits and completed work are generally non-refundable — but the guarantee protects you on delivery.
Digital products
Digital downloads and blueprints grant instant access to the full product, so they're generally non-refundable once delivered. If something is wrong or you didn't get access, contact us and we'll make it right.
Subscriptions
Blueprint AI and other monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Cancel during a free trial and you pay nothing. After that, you keep access through the period you've paid for; we don't pro-rate partial months.

Refund or billing questions go to info@theblueprintcompany.org — a real person reads them and replies within one business day. We'd rather fix the problem than win the argument.
